As Ava takes us through the twelve signs, we will rediscover the energetic map of our soul as well as nuggets of information about ourselves as we connect with the realized and unrealized parts of our unique charts. The 3-hour workshop will fly by as we learn, share, take stretch breaks, snack (the snacks will be tasty) and meditate. The session will end with Kristin White, of White Light Sounds, leading a sound bath that will ignite and nurture the archetypes within each and every one of us. She incorporates an abundance of high vibrational instruments including gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Native American flute, chimes, frame drum, shruti box, tongue drum, and vocal toning into her symphonic sound bath practice. Kristin is a sound bath practitioner, meditation instructor, spiritual channeler, retreat and workshop facilitator, and as a Reiki Master, she infuses all of her healing modalities with universal healing energy.
