I recently retired(62)but it is not enough to cover it all. I am looking for a place to barter the rent in exchange for maintenance and/or remodeling. Over 40 years of expert building and remodeling. I have a car, 4' by 6' trailer and tools. I love lady lake but am open to other nearby areas. Im new to this area. Dominic
