The home is a 2-story stucco on top floors and natural stone on the 1st floor. The house is about 18 x 38. The window stucco moldings are dirty and will need to be washed with soap and gently scrubbed. The task: - Power wash with soap the whole house - Soap wash and scrub the window stucco moldings - Soap wash and scrub the other stucco moldings which are directly around the whole house. - power wash the driveway - power wash small backyard area - power wash front porch and stairs Required: Tall 3-story ladder. I have a power washer but you can bring your own if you have a professional grade machine. You will need a long 50-100ft water hose to connect to the water source. Please reply with total cost for the whole project.
