I'm looking for a home care helper

This is an easy job, short hours to start until we form a relationship. I am disabled 53yrs old but not incapacitated. I had a real bad winter so my bedroom looks like i am a hoarder haha. I am also a type one diabetic with severe diabetic pyneuropathy and lots of other stuff i am sure... so many issues the doctors ignore things that on healthier people they would address. I need a friend and some help, i can and will help do everything but alone it is just too much. You would need to live in meriden area because initially I just want to pick at the project, and hour here and there is about all I can handle and afford. 20 bucks an hour though. I am very nice guy, very safe environment, simple work. Initially just helping me clean and organize. If possible down the road help with laundry and even helping me cook wholesome food for the week. I love food, i was a chef but i cant stand up long enough to do alot of things like cooking certain meals. Any nursing knowlege as far as diabetes etc wouldnt hurt, phyical therapy as well but these would be bonuses not requirements. I just need a hand getting things in order, and then a hand keeping it that way. Obviously as workload increases pay will be consumerate but certainly not a full time job and can be done anywhere from say 8 am so i dont wake other people here... it is a home with 3 rental rooms/tenants including me and a familyiving downstairs... the other tenenants up here well lets just say they do not do much other than make messes.... it is impossible for me to take care of me and them.... but their areas are NOT my concern. However it is certainly possible if it works out well and they see how nice clean living is there maybe even more work cleaning those areas in the future... i pretty much guarantee me footing the bill for one clean just to show them how much clean can help. There is even some potential yard work, mild construction/remodel stuff that could come up IF a good solid relationship is established. Female/male of any age is just fine, who have the prerequites of first just cleaning and organizing ability with me as neccesary, cooking is an added bonus for a good cook for I was a chef and can cook too. All material supplied on site. I think 1 hour for initial meeting and a bit of cleanup would be a start... again I am on disability... NOT RICH... but fare, and willing to pay what is fare.... some other side jobs may even pay more but still this job should be considered part time... at least initially and likely always but you never really know. Again hours are completely flexible, no schedule required I am almost always home we just need good communication skills is all, i hardly ever leave so for the sake of quiet hours say 8am -9pm seems more than reasonable to me. Having a vehicle would be a big bonus due to area, there is a bus stop nearby but the house i on outskirts of meriden/wallingfor. Just please be a nice, normal human, who needs some extra money for easy work, and want to form a friendly relationship with another friendly human just trying to survive is all... arent we all after all? I will ALWAYS be fare and any tasks are negotiable, again calm, peaceful communication is essential. I have losts of creative ideas that can make this work, i studied aerospace engineering so i am crafty. If i had not wrecked my car i might be able to do more but I am stuck. My Name is Don, and I do have a little chuhuahua mixed with a pitbull... lol kidding, some chihuahua mix it seems by his bark etc... but he loves EVERYONE, just has loud bark is all.
