Found: Small Black and White Cat

Little guy first seen handing around the Staten Island Arts Collective building on 6/9. Seen hanging out under a car in front of our house since. It has a flea collar. He's not emaciated but will gobble down cat food when offered, so I assume it is lost or abandon. Very friendly. Has trouble prioritizing food and pets when both are offered. I can't bring it in because of our own cats, but will do so temporarily if someone contacts me because they want to pick him up.
