We are trying something new this month. Please join us at our NEW TIME 1:30pm - 4:00pm for a Friday afternoon social with education hosted at the Northwoods Brewery - Johnson's Restaurant Private Event Room. This event is IN-PERSON only so please RSVP by Friday, June 18th in order for us to determine headcount for appetizers. Tickets will be available through Monday, June 20th but after June 18th if we do not have your reservation, food may be limited. All drinks are to be purchased individually by the attendees. Presentation: Breaking Down the Barriers Between AHJ's and Facility Managers Presenter: District Chief, Philip Biron - NH Office of the State Fire Marshal About our Presenter: Philip Biron currently holds the role of District Chief of the Office of the State Fire Marshal – Bureau of Building Construction and Safety. In this position, District Chief Biron supervises all inspectional staff and code enforcement activities of the Bureau and in doing so, brings his extensive experience in inspections, plan review, and code enforcement. District Chief Biron came to the Fire Marshal’s Office from Florida, where he spent more than 10 years in the fire service, to include being a fire protection specialist within Charlotte County Fire Department’s Division of Fire Prevention. District Chief Biron holds numerous fire service certifications, as well as an AS in Fire Science and BS in Public Safety Administration from St. Petersburg College in St. Petersburg, FL.
