Attendance is limited to 80 and COVID protocols will be in place - read carefully belowPlease, only RSVP if you know you can attend. If you have a ticket but your plans change, please reach out to us so someone else can take your seat! The service will also be live streamed. Everyone over 12 years of age has to be registered with name and email. You can register up to 5 people using their own names please. Outside check in for Father’s Day BBQ begins at 12:45pm. Read the COVID Protocols/check in procedures below and come prepared! Thanks for working with us in keeping everyone safe. CITY OF REFUGE COVID-19 PROTOCOL FOR OUTSIDE FATHER’S DAY BBQ • All VACCINATED attendees must provide “PROOF OF VACCINATION” at the check-in station. • NON-VACCINATED attendees must provide proof of a recent negative COVID test (within 72 hours) CHECK-IN PROTOCOLS & PROCESS 1) Entrance will only be from the BACK PARKING LOT. 2) While standing in line we ask that you remain masked and observe social-distancing guidelines between people who are not a member of your party/pod. 3) Check-in by COR Deacons will take place in the parking lot and includes the following steps: a. Have forehead temperature checked and respond to COVID-symptom checklist. b. Display vaccination card or proof of RECENT negative COVID test (within the previous 72 hours) c. Sign the “Waiver of COR Liability” ADDITIONAL PRECAUTIONS & RESTROOM ACCESS 1) Please remain masked when not eating or drinking. 2) The restrooms will be accessible by using entry on side of building by gate; go up the ramp. Signage in the restrooms will provide the sanitary protocols (use of seat covers and Lysol spray in each stall, etc.)
