Hey Mamas! We are so fortunate that Sabrina Demayo Lockhart will join our Mother's Club to lead a morning yoga class at Glenn Hall Park. I am sure we could all use a moment to tune out the world and tune into ourselves. Bring your mat, water bottle, and meet behind the playground at 9am. Sabrina will also be accepting donations towards Yoga Moves Us, a nonprofit dedicated to making yoga accessible to all.
