You’re invited to join us for our Ecstatic Sunday Community Celebration! Together we will impart on a one-of-a-kind journey of self-discovery and communal connection.  We believe a key to invoking this starts with moving the body. Come dance your heart open!  By weaving together a relationship between dance, meditation, community, and dynamic music you will discover pure child-like freedom that helps you to tap into the pure and ageless wisdom of yourself. By getting out of our houses, letting go of those old limitations, and allowing free flow ecstatic movement; beholds a powerful key to feeling absolute freedom. Here we’ll have a fun and enjoyable experience so we can compassionately unroot the stuckness and dance back into life with a new level of joy, confidence, and connection! As a result you will feel ECSTATIC, SUPPORTED, & ALIVE!  It doesn’t matter if you are 95 or 1 years old, everyone can enjoy this experience in their own way. Families are encouraged to come, we’ll have kids activities for those who don’t want to partake in this experience. Come for the entire event or pop in whenever you'd like!
