This curated movement and music experience includes an all-levels guided yoga practice paired with music and soundscapes bringing us closer to a deeper connection to the inner self. Check-In begins at 3pm. One glass of Surfrider wine included with ticket. Stay after to enjoy local vendors (including ActivePear Athletic Wear) and our live band. Social distancing and safety protocols will be enforced. **All guests must bring their own: - yoga mat - water bottle ---------------- About The Sonata Experience - Meet Bella & Paul Bella is a yoga and meditation teacher and sound bath practitioner focused on creating experiences for self exploration and discovery. She leans on her 15 years of experience in K-12 education to hold a safe space for all individuals on and off the yoga mat. Paul has over 15 years experience working in the entertainment industry as a talent manager. Having witnessed just how impactful music has been on finding his purpose, he wanted to find a way to share his passion with his wife. Together, through this experience, we offer the physical and mental benefits of bringing sound and movement as one.
