MASASPEQUA, NY — The Nassau County Police Department reported the following incidents in the Massapequa area for the week ending June 9. All charges are merely accusations. A catalytic converter was stolen from a car parked on N Idaho Avenue in North Masaspequa on June 2.Julio Cesar Ybert-Montero, 33, of Amityville, was arrested on Sunrise Highway in Massapequa on June 5 and charged with driving while intoxicated.
