Join us for a donation-based yoga class to celebrate International Yoga Day! We'll move with the world in welcoming in the summer solstice and to take a mindful moment to sit with gratitude as we honor the traditions of yoga and all that yoga has provided for the world. The class will be taught by Becca Warlick at Mount Inspiration Apparel in West Asheville... After years of exploring her personal yoga practice and through teaching small group + private yoga classes Becca found a deep connection with a more gentle approach to yoga. A gentle yoga practice allows us to become highly aware of our mind-body connection. It creates space for expansion, body-awareness, & heart-opening. It becomes a safe place to explore vulnerability and we begin to notice the finest needs of our bodies. Becca is pursuing her passion for learning about psychology, somatics, & their connection with yoga. Her classes provide a comfortable & uplifting space to try yoga for the first time or to add a change of pace to your current practice.
