Looking for my old US Navy buddy - Bill Dixon

I'm looking for an old Navy buddy from the 1970's. His name is Bill Dixon. He served in the US Navy from approx. 1974 to at least 1980. He was an electronics technician and was stationed at NAS Cecil Field, outside of Jacksonville, FL and then on the USS Midway, home ported out of Yokosuka, Japan. Before his stint in the Navy he was on the road crew with ZZ Top, I believe he worked on the audio systems crew. If anyone has any info on him could you please reply to this post. He told me, way back when, he was from Galveston. My name is Lou Siron, in Boise, ID, in case you need to know or pass along to him. Yeah, he and I were steaming buddies while in Jacksonville, and managed to get together a time or two while he was on the Midway. Sure miss him.
