Hi! I'm Ashley and this will be Namaste Outdoors third year teaming up with Friendship Brewery and The Wet Nose Project! This event is suited for all levels and is a great way to start your week, by not only giving back to yourself but the animals too. We will spend an hour focusing on breathwork, yoga and grounding to get our week started right, followed by a complimentary craft brew or wine of your choice. All proceeds from this event will go to support The Wet Nose Project, a local nonprofit organization that specializes in animal rescue, rehabilitation and housing our furry friends in need.
