We are an established Service Contractor in Central Phoenix with an immediate opening for Routed Delivery Postion. At High Peaks Water Services, we value honesty, respect, a can-do attitude, and someone that enjoys hard work and working independently. We will train you for pre-routed deliveries to existing salt customers to fill the brine tank of their commercial water softener. Involves basic operation of a medium duty truck (no CDL required) and unloading of 50 lb salt bags at each account. Consistent delivery performance eligible for a monthly bonus program. This is a physical position with forklift support to load the trucks but smaller deliveries with moving the 50 lbs bags by cart to the commerical customers brine tank. Responsibilities: • 15-22 delivery locations per day • Tally of each delivery ticket • Delivery of 50 lb salt bags • Build relationships with customers Qualifications: * Basic knowledge of the greater phoenix area • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers • Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs. overhead / comfortable with heavy lifting • A hardworking, can-do attitude and a desire to learn • Flexibility in working on a variety of tasks • Comfortable working outside • Clear driving record • Drug screen Benefits: • Company sponsored 401(k) w match / Health Benefits / Sick Leave / Vacation Accrual • Company vehicle for service calls Compensation is based on skill set and ability to advance in service tasks.
