I need some thick concrete to be removed and hauled away

I have some super thick and heavy concrete pieces in my backyard that need to be broken down, removed and hauled away. This takes muscles! Our house is on a slope, the concrete needs to come up on an incline and then upstairs to be transferred to the driveway. The slap is about 11 feet X 9 feet, and there are 14 extra pieces that we have been using for a stepping pathway (see picture). You need to provide the equipment and have a truck!
