Mobile home park maintenance. This position requires a person to be able to read, write and speak English fluently. General maintenance of grounds to keep the park free of trash. Trim plants along side two other persons. Put out notices. Keep offices and restrooms clean daily. Make minor repairs to mailboxes and fences. Be able to operate simple lawn equipment. General minimal landscaping. Keep laundry rooms clean. Keep buildings free of webs and appealing in appearances. Morning chores are similar but afternoons could be different daily in an enjoyable atmosphere where no two days are the same. The right person must be flexible and able to get along in a medium~fast paced environment. Must be able to dig a hole occasionally, pull weeds, read numbers, answer a phone politely, fill a water bucket, drive a mop and broom and change a light bulb. You will have your own golf cart, phone and uniform for work purposes. This is just an edited description of job duties and does not cover all areas of the job description.
