Experienced drummer in search of creative, mindful players for collaboration, fun and profit. I want to join or form an ensemble of musicians who are willing to explore the limits of their abilities and make excellent, new music for public consumption. Looking to create a local Bay Area scene with good people where we can stretch our creative muscles, make a little money and have some fun. You: Creative, experimental, advanced musical mind, ego-neutral, brave. Me: Bay Area boy, 65 y.o., influenced by growing up in America watching TV and listening to the radio. Open to every style of human musical expression. I have played mostly drums and some electric bass in too many "almost-pro" bands. Bored with copying old styles and standards, I want to play fresh from the heart. Not sure what that means---maybe breaking down all my musical influences into fresh clay for shaping something new, yet with an oddly familiar aroma?
