ROOFER needed in Miami Beach We are real estate investors and flippers looking for quality installers (on strict budget). We have a home in Miami Beach (with free parking) that need to replace and install broken "Artisan Blend" Spanish/Cuban roof tiles and seal some existing small leaks. See this type of existing tile we have on roof: We pay for all material and just need installation done. We also are doing upgrades to rentals in Miami Beach and need general handyman help. Pay as stated in ad is pay per day/hour to make sure that sufficient time is spent on quality and not a slam dunk cut corner type repair. We will not accept any bids or estimates, only pay per day/hour. For labor we pay CASH each day with CashApp/Venmo/PayPal/Zelle (your choise) so you never have to wait for payment.
