Job Description Pay Rate: Per Job Bldg #1 - Denver Premium Outlets - Monday, Thursday & Saturday - pays $22 per clean (8:30am to 9:30am) - $66 per wk Bldg #2 - Denver Premium Outlets - Monday & Thursday - pays $22 per clean (9:30am to 10:30am) - $44 per wk Bldg #3 - 8th Ave in Brighton - clean 3x per week (about 1.5 hour per clean) - typically Monday, Wednesday & Thursday - work begins after 4:30pm - pays $400/month Bldg #4 - 75th Ave - Denver - 1x per week (Friday, Saturday or Sunday - your choice) - pays $25 per clean - takes 1 hour to clean Bldg #5 - Henderson - 22 days per month (Mon thru Thurs & Sat - approximately 40 hours per month - pays $19 per hour - $800 per month If you are interested in one or all of these jobs - let's talk! Quarterly bonuses are also offered for excellent performance (and no customer complaints). Janitor Responsibilities: dusting sweeping mopping trash removal cleaning restrooms, etc. Candidates must meet the following requirements: have strong attention to detail; be able to lift at least 50 pounds; be flexible with responsibilities at workplace; be able to follow written and/or verbal directions well; be capable of working in a fast past environment with multiple interruptions; spend the majority of your shift walking, twisting, bending, pushing, pulling, kneeling, etc. commercial cleaning experience is preferred but willing to train to right person.
