Buddhist gardening help!

Looking for help with my MASSIVE picturesque garden in Eden Prairie. The entire front and back yard is all garden -- no grass. There are 2 green houses, zones for flowers, roses, veggies, waterfall, and tons of bird feeders. Looking for help with cleanup/maintenance, garden design, planting, and your suggestions are always welcome. Prefer someone with Buddhist/Eastern views. I'd like to incorporate a celebration of life, awareness, somewhere to be present in and for anyone who visits the garden. Prefer no toxic chemical use, appropriate fertilizer would be fine. $15/hr hours with flexible hours. Maybe around 10-15hrs per month.
