Rehome 3 year old cat

I need to rehome my cat. We had our floors redone in November and ever since she has been urinating (about 90% of the time in her litterbox) outside her litterbox. She's been to the vet many times and we can find no physical reason. I've tried several behavioral remedies and none of them have worked. I have a high energy dog and a young daughter, so she may do better in a home without pets or kids (or calmer pets and older kids). She's a super sweet girl who loves to play, and loves a good lap to curl up in. She's been fixed and microchipped.
