I'm guessing 40 to 50% of apts to rent are scams....Here's what to look for : Pictures are too professional......map doesn't match location.....dogs and cats are welcome description is often for some area outside SD.....price is way below normal background check is costly.....AND often want money up front The only way to rent an apt is to deal with the owner in person
