Fill In Sales Person for SF and Easy Bay Farmers’ Markets

Looking for a fill in sales person for our SF and East Bay farmers’ markets. In July need someone to cover the Clement St Farmers Market in San Franciso on Sunday 7/3. Generally looking to train someone who might be available to fill in for our East Bay (Oakland & Berkeley) and SF (Fort Mason & Clement St) markets. Also considering finding a regular person to cover the Fort Mason market which I currently sell at myself. We are a small farm based out of Lake County specializing in microgreens, other raw sprouted products. Setup logistics are a little different market to market. Some markets I set up the booth myself early in the morning and others I need help with the setup because I am dropping off product and need to rush off to another market. We will be starting a new market in Oakland soon. If my regular sales person needs a week off, will need that one covered. This market will have a separate vehicle parked in a garage nearby. So anyone filling in would have to be familiar with the setup of our booth to set everything up by themselves and load and unload everything from the minivan. It’s a shorter market. But I’d need someone to be experienced doing our other markers first. For the other markets I need someone to arrive a little bit before the market starts to help setup or finish setting up and then at the end of the markets wait for me to finish up with my market to come and pick everything up. Usually need someone to get there by 8:30, usually done between 3:30 to 4:45, depending of market. It’s maybe about 6 hours of work and a little bit of hanging out and waiting for me to get there. You are able to take some product home and trade some of the product with other vendors. Pay is at least $100 cash, might be a bit more depending on sales. If we make $400 or less it’s $100, on anything above $400 you make 10%. Please let me know if you have any experience with customer service or any prior experience that you think is applicatable.
