You should call the oil companies and voice your concern as they are sitting on over 6000 leases to drill oil on federal land. It's been cheaper for them, and still is, to just buy foreign oil and profit from that while saving our oil for later, when gas hits about 20 a gal. Then they can make some real money off the American gas suckers by selling back their own American oil...refined of course. Let me ask you this...when have the oil companies ever done you a favor? Don't be fooled by their propaganda when reality can be googled these days. By the way, this information has been mentioned by the president at least 10 times already.
