Hi I am an artist and I need my own art gallery. I cant aford to pay for it. Can we work out something? I'm open minded. Maybe you get 60% of the sale or what you think? I also can clean early mornings and do caregiver or do graphic work for you or post media for you while I work at gallery. We can do alot just please if you have a great location empty building just sitting let me use it for gallery. We could sell other artist art or yours if your an artist. I like sell real paintings and limited edition hand signed prints in the gallery. Also have big chairty events and art contest. I have a long list lol. I do sell my art at my studio but its where I live and work. I need a building so I can grow please help me. Thanks, CBaum artist
