Looking for a versatile person who can help in the office and assist me with light duty service work in my Service Business in trade for free place to stay and all expenses paid. Hours: 40 hours / week Office Location: Far south Johnson City, TN Job Description: Have free place to stay for a woman and will cover all living expenses (including medical insurance) plus weekly cash in trade for help with my business (office work, help with light duty on-site service calls, help starting new on-line Solar business, help around the house). You will not get bored and will learn a lot about many things. I have a well-established service business of 200+ customers for a number of years (licensed & insured) as well as starting an on-line Solar Power business in next several months. Just purchased the domain name of "EasySolarPower.com" (which was not cheap), web site under construction. The online business is where we are headed and once launched can yield big results for both of us as we will have more time and money to do things we want to do, enjoy life on our terms instead of running the hamster wheel every week. I have a full time assistant for past four years (does not live here), and she is currently only working part time until end of month when she will move out of state to help her mom. I have found that two people can get a lot more done when working as a well-organized team. Right now everything is moving at a snail’s pace and is killing me, I need your help. It would be helpful if you have some computer skills and can handle basic tools (a few small screwdrivers, long nose plyers, wire cutters, wire strippers - I supply tools), working on a 5’ ladder at times, as well as enjoying being detailed. Both businesses require being detailed and I am a details person, it would work best if we were both on the same page. No smoking, NO drugs. Office Description: Home / Office is located about 10 minutes’ drive south of University Parkway, Johnson City, TN. The location of my home / office on 21 acres in the mountains provides a laid back work atmosphere, a very peaceful and beautiful place to work and live if you love nature, flowing creek outside the window, beach area, fire pit, occasional wild animals, two miles of hiking trails, off the main road, and the list goes on. Me: I am a middle age white male, physically fit, athletic build, train three nights per week in Martial Arts, walk two miles every night with my doggie, live healthy, eat healthy, disciplined, very respectful, honest and loyal. I am affectionate and desire the same. Looking for a long term relationship with a partner to work side by side and live with in harmony to obtain our goals. Looking for someone who likes outdoor activities of many kinds, likes travel (local, national and international), yet likes to relax together at night with Netflix to unwind from the day. I am big into Prepping, things are kind of crazy in our world now and things are going to get worse in next several months (per all the big financial institutions and other sources), I am prepared.
