Want/Need Trained Dog

I need a fully trained grown or older pup stage dog to help with my mobility. I'm in an electric wheelchair 99% of time. I do try to walk with my new model upright walker. I can't push myself in regular chair and when walking if trip or just lose balance and fall I can't get up without help. I'm a 65 yo lady doing her best to lose weight and get healthier. I've already lost over 30 lbs. I'm praying if I get enough weight off I can walk again. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Lupus, so pain and mobility issues is my constant companion. If you have the dog I'm looking for please contact me. I'm a grandmother to several girls,, ages 9 thru 15. I have a male chihuahua and siamese cat now. So must me people and pet friendly. I'm not hunting a cheap throwaway animal. I'm not rich but will pay for the right animal. Breed not important, just need larger and well trained. Thank you and God bless. Plz send pictures.
