Team- We are looking for Ultrasound Models: Client: Seimens & Fuji Show: ASE Event Address: Seattle Convention Center 705 Pike St., Seattle, WA 98101 BEFORE THE EVENT: • Please have appropriate “scan wear” • Gym Attire: Black sweatpants/joggers, Loose fitting gym shorts (solid/dark in color), solid white t-shirt (no logos), clean socks and tennis shoes • Recommend you wear socks since you will need to remove your shoes while being scanned • It is likely you’ll get some of the scanning gel (jelly) on your scan wear, so bear this in mind. • Hopefully goes without saying, but please practice good hygiene (shower, etc.) prior to heading to the event. 😊 • Must have proof of vaccination and mask WHEN YOU ARRIVE: • If you are required to pay for parking, save the parking receipt and we will get you reimbursed. (Must send within 24 hours of event) • Pick up badge from Exhibitors Registration, then meet client in the booth. • Friendly reminder - these are medical professionals, so professional / polite behavior is always the way to go. Just smile and be accommodating – you’ll do great! • Please allow plenty of time to deal with traffic, parking, registration lines, finding the booth, etc. Schedule: Event Date: Monday 06/13/2022 Arrive at: 8:30 AM Local Time End Time: 4:00 PM Local Time Rate: $225/day pretax (rate covers up to 8 hours) Client will reimburse up to $24/day in parking or rideshare (must send in receipt within 24 hours of booking) Role Expectations: • You will be a scan subject. Client will be scanning the abdomen/chest area so shirt will need to be removed during scanning. • Please lie silently (do not engage the staff in conversation while on the table) – it can distract them from their training of the clients. o Social Distancing will be observed where possible, but the scans will require close interaction with the client staff o You will need to change position periodically and/or take direction from the staff to get the desired pictures Please reply with height and weight, proof of vaccination and current photo for consideration to [email protected]
