Need Help with Yard Cleanup, Mowing, and Weeding this Afternoon

Looking for someone (individual) who can help for 2-3 hours doing yard cleanup, mowing, and weeding at my rental property this afternoon. Might also load some trash for a dump run. Would like to start at 3pm today (Sunday 6/12) Prefer someone with experience, and attention to detail. Transportation and your own yard tools are a plus (mower, trimmer). House is real small and yard is even smaller, just trying to clean the place up before a new tenant moves in this week. Could turn into more “side work” for the right person.
