Landscape labor help wanted

I am looking for one or two people to help me dig in an entry from the front of my house to the back, constructing this with railroad ties or similar. I am not looking for anything fancy, I just need help with the labor of cutting in the steps. I would prefer someone that has some experience doing this. I want a responsible person to give me an estimate to do this work and time frame. I can supply the materials needed, but it’s a bonus if this person has the equipment to handle this job. I will pay cash or zelle only as the work is completed.
