Our fast paced, hard working team is in need of new, skilled crew members. We work on fix and flips around the Portland area, mainly SE area. We have a few new exciting properties that need lots of work! We are building a team that is driven to succeed in the real estate market in the Portland area. All position are full time or close to it. Preferably 1099, but we can also get you on as a w-2 employee. If you are 1099 hours can be every flexible if you are skilled, responsible, and experienced. Even weekends are available to work. Must have your own transportation. Immediate needs: 1 Journeyman (electrical) 1 Painter 1 Hardwood floor installer/(carpet, laminate, and vinyl experience a plus) 2 Framers 1 Tiler/flooring guy ( must be skilled with laying tile or at least experience and very open to learning and taking direction) 1 or 2 General laborers (great position for hard working, high schooler wanting to learn / variety of remodeling skill sets) Please email a copy of resume, a couple references, and a paragraph on what assets you can bring to the team.
