Looking for help paying bills due to inflation? We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to lead our team as a Working Supervisor Janitor at in New Albany. The job site is just off of Beech and Worthington Roads. The hours are 4:30PM to 8:30PM, Monday through Friday. The pay rate is 16.50 per hour PLUS roundtrip mileage reimbursement from your home to the job site. This is an excellent opportunity to have a job that will pay your small bills! Candidates for this job must live within 5-10 miles of the area. I am looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, flexible and willing to complete routine cleaning tasks, and oversee a staff of 5. This is fantastic opportunity to earn competitive pay. The work involves typical office cleaning duties but on the critical side: • Emptying trash • Surface wiping • High and low dusting with a cloth or duster • Sweeping usually with a broom and dust pan sometimes with a dust mop, • Vacuuming • Wet mopping • Restroom cleaning Basic Applicant Requirements: • lives within 5-10 miles of the area • At least 5 years supervision experience in the commercial janitorial industry • Working days 4:30PM-830PM Monday through Friday. • Must have reliable transportation • Must be able to show up on time every day • High school diploma/GED required • Work in a team environment to complete all required tasks • Strong attention to detail • Physically capable of standing or walking for 3 to 4 hours continually • Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 10 pounds as necessary Successful candidates must complete orientation before application is allowed on the job site.
