I Have 2 Decks that need sanding

I have 2 decks that need to be sanded. The first deck is our pool deck, 12' x 8', only the deck and steps need to be sanded. The second deck is our main deck, 12' x 12', everything will need to be sanded on this one to remove old paint that the previous owners applied. I can supply the sanders and sandpaper if needed. I would like this done as soon as possible so that both decks can also be re-stained. Contact me here for more information or to let me know what you would charge.
