Rehoming my 1 year old chocolate lab

I’m looking to rehome my 1 year old chocolate lab. She is great with children and other dogs. She is very loving and I’m sad to see her go but due to my relocating I can’t have her in my new apartment. I would prefer for her to go to someone with children and a yard. She is house broken but she can also stand some training. I need to find her a home ASAP so please don’t message me if you are not interested. Please text me I rarely check my emails. I am looking for a rehoming fee of $325 obo. She will come with her food bowls, dog bed and a large bag of food
