I will file an amicus brief in support of Donald Trump if Joe Biden's Bureau of Prisons executive leadership attempts to house Mr. Trump in the general population of a soon to be determined Federal Maximum Security Prison. I will argue that the Eighth Amendment's prohibition against cruel and unusual punishment clearly applies in this matter. Good luck in prison Donald J. Trump!
