Healthy 14 month old steer needs new home. He is a miniature Holstein-Jersey cross. He is supposed to mature at 12HH. My husband and I bought him last year as a bottle baby and the plan was for my husband to trail ride on him once he was old enough. My husband has since gone on to buy a horse. Cows are great for trail riding. They are less reactive and spook differently than horses (head down and freeze) which is why my husband was interested in a cow over a horse. We have started working with him as much as you can with a baby. He’s halter broke and trailer loads. You can touch him all over and pick up his feet. He is very sweet and has been well socialized. He’s been around dogs, pigs and horses. He has horns but has NEVER used them on any one! He comes when called and is very ppl oriented. Asking $500 rehoming fee and hoping for pet home
