You can't do it all and grow big. I am looking for a licensed HVAC technician who would like to grow an HVAC company to be a large company with a partner. He/she would handle the technical aspects of the jobs: pulling permits, doing installs and repairs, and supervising other repairs and installs. I would handle sales and marketing, recruiting, billing, accounting, taxes, corporate governance, insurance, procuring, and all other aspects related to running the business. I a CPA with experience building efficient back end office and effective sales teams. I am interested in a low overhead, high growth model that undercuts competitors on price. The goal would be to take a moderate salary a year each and grow the company for a 10-20 million dollar exit to a larger company. Looking for a partner who is driven with high work ethic, technically proficient, who has a similar vision for the company. I will handle all of the start up in exchange for 60%/40% split. I am looking for a partner who wants to work very hard for 10-12 years and retire on over 4 million dollars on exit. Exponential growth opportunity.
