I grew up with a fat little brown dachshund who was, quite honestly, probably one of the worst dogs I’ve ever known and I would be lying if I said I didn’t love and miss that dog or the breed. My fiancé and I have just bought a house and all I can imagine is a little wiener dog running around terrorizing the birds and squirrels. I would prefer a male as I do have cats and in my experience with any animals, females are horrible and I don’t think I could handle the experience of a female wiener woof, lol. Since we just bought a house, money isn’t as plentiful as it was and we also have a baby on the way, not to mention a two year old. I’m a stay at home mom, so the puppy wouldn’t be left alone for extended periods of time and would have plenty of attention and love and would be going on daily walks with us as well as being able to play in a giant yard. I probably can’t afford more than $300 so my hopes aren’t high, but figured I would post anyway. We’re still in the process of moving but should be completely finished by next weekend, so pick up anytime after that would be fine. Willing to drive a reasonable distance or meet up.
