Classes are held most Weekends at OSS Weightlifting Club 8:30 -10:00 am. (Please check the schedule for specific class days)
1 hour of instructor lead programming and recommendations for individual exercises; followed by a 30 minute group stretch video (ROMWOD). Participants will be assessed and receive exercises based on individual needs and goals (reduce pain, improve strength/mobility, etc.).
First class trial is Free. Class size is limited to 10 people.
Classes are lead by Oriana M. Hancock, Doctor of Physical Therapy. Oriana is a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach and works full time as a physical therapist at MindBody Physical Therapy specializing in orthopedic and pelvic health rehabilitation.
