Eyesight is an important part of a child's ability to succeed in school. If your child needs corrective lenses but doesn't have access to them, it can make the school year more difficult. Vision to Learn is providing free eye exams and glasses to those who need them at Baltimore County Public Library branches this Summer. Appointments are for children up to age 17. There are limited options for teen and adult size glasses. Children must be able to identify shapes or letters for the appointment. You will need to sign a form with a signature from the child's parent or guardian. You can obtain this form from your branch via email ([email protected]) or in-person.
