Don’t let the sushi chef have all the fun!
Come and learn how to spread, layer, tuck and roll your way to sushi heaven. In this fun, hands-on, social cooking class, you’ll practice all the skills needed to make sushi and spring rolls at home, including how to prepare and season sushi rice, select sushi-grade fish, and add additional tasty vegetables and other ingredients to enhance the deliciousness of your sushi. You’ll learn to make a Tiger roll (with shrimp tempura), Philadelphia roll (salmon, veggies & cream cheese), and a fresh vegetable spring roll (with vermicelli rice noodles and veggies). Each guest will also make their own dipping sauce to enjoy with their sushi and spring rolls.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, wearing your mask. You will be seated within your group and socially distanced from the other guests. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. 21+
