mini-excavator job on back-yard hill

need you to bring mini-excavator, squeeze it thru a narrow space 5' wide, to get to the hill in my backyard the hill is bare, it is is a pretty steep incline of about 0.4 need to do the following: 1. make the surface smooth (couple of uneven ridges) 2. dig a "trench" for me to plant a row of bushes on the bottom of the hill (there is a retaining wall there, so 3 feet behind that wall) 3. dig 4 holes to plant 4 fruit trees 4. make some indents / move surface rocks into them along the hill surface to hold mulch 5. run about 30 yards of mulch up the hill so i can spread it on the hill surface 6. run about 25 cubic feet of gravel up the hill for a flat area beyond the hill where i want to lay the gravel 7. make some "steps" along one side of the hill for a vegetable garden should have your own insurance thank you!
