Looking to re-home a 10 Gallon Freshwater setup! Lots of extras!

I have 4 neon tetra's, 2 mystery snails and the tank is filled with lots of pond snails. 1 neon tetra has a bladder issue and I have tried to treat them with no luck but it is fine for now. I have a TDS meter, water primer, filters, large can of fish flakes, testing kit and more~! Everything works great too. I can help get ready for transport by placing in plastic bags. I need them urgently re-homed by tomorrow! Please help!
