MECHA Fitness and Sound Off Colorado Present: Mimosas with MECHA at the St. Julien Hotel this Summer on Saturday Mornings at 9am. Only $10 will get you the headset needed for class and a FREE Mimosa or Coffee after class with the purchase of Saturday Brunch at Jill's at the St.Julien Hotel. Taught by the very talented teachers of MECHA. This 50 minute class will be a combination of MECHA-style cardio and strength. We will perform various squats, lunges, core work and upper body work for 40 minutes with a 10 minute cooldown & stretch. Simply bring your own mat, and a water bottle. We will provide the resistance bands, music headsets, and workout fun. See you there!
