We are excited to partner with Dairy Block for the Fit & Rock summer fitness series hosted in the Alley way closest to the 19th/Wazee side. We will be running a HIIT style functional fitness class sure to bring the energy and challenge that you're looking for! Bring a mat, water bottle, sunscreen and hat if you wish as it can be HOT in June! We look forward to seeing you EVERY Thursday in June for this special class. Class IS FREE! Our gym, located in McGregor Square (3rd Floor) is state of the art and has every bell and whistle you can think of for a private gym and training experience. We invite everyone to pop in an take a peek at the gym after class if they wish!
