With praise and accolades from Dan Akroyd, Charlie Musselwhite, Living Blues Magazine and Michael Kinsman of the San Diego Blues Festival, Aki Kumar and his band are pioneering a blues sound rooted both in traditional American standards and Kumar’s Hindi and Bollywood musical background. See them live at Almost Famous Wine Lounge, an award-winning, new tasting room and venue located on Vasco Road in the heart of Livermore's wine, spirits and brewery district. Almost Famous Wine makes fifteen wines in diverse styles, and earned 32 top industry awards since our debut last year. There is a two drink minimum for each guest. Reserved table seating is available for purchase at this show. Non reserved seating is otherwise available first come, first served. Outside food is welcome, but please bus your table of any food items when you are finished. Only Almost Famous wines can be consumed on premise, but with a menu of 15 wines in diverse styles, there's something for everyone. ALAMEDA COUNTY MASK MANDATE: We wanted to reach out to you to let you know that Alameda County has reinstated their mask mandate as of 06/03/22. When you arrive, you will be asked to wear a mask inside when you are not actively drinking at your seating area. Make sure to wear a mask when walking around the venue, if you are dancing or watching close up to the stage, or ordering at the bar. The health and safety of our staff, patrons and musical artists means the world to us. In addition to following Alameda County’s mask mandate, we have installed plasma air technology into the venue, which uses bipolar ionization to neutralize bacteria, viruses, pollen and smoke from the air. We will NOT be reinstating checks for vaccination or negative COVID-19 tests.
