Join us for Cardio Dance Class in the Park, an energizing dance fitness class. Enjoy upbeat music, make new friends, and follow along with experienced dance fitness instructor Cheryl as you learn some new moves and shake your booty.
Class is 45 minutes long. Bring water and wear comfortable clothes. Class is open to everyone, no matter your dance experience!
