We are looking for a 1099 contractor and their crew who can reorganize our 10,000sq ft outdoor space filled with tile. The individual and their crew will be responsible for reorganizing the tile and removing all the unpackaged/broken tile. This position is a project-based job not an hourly position. Please only apply if you are capable of hiring and working with your own team.
• Must have your own insurance
• Must have at least a crew of 2 to assist
• Ability to perform physical labor, Lift greater than 50lbs
• Ability to perform tasks safely
• Must be able to work independently and as a team
• Must be able to take direction and work according to owners needs
• Keep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy
• Will have one month to complete the project
