Replace Lexus sticky dashboard

Hello I own a 2007 Lexus IS 250 and I’m looking to have my dashboard replaced. It has a problem where it sticky and causes glare which is rather dangerous during summer months. I already have the new dashboard straight from Lexus just need it installed. An intensive job that might take all day to get done. I’d like to start one day early morning so it’ll be done before evening. Let me know your experience, if your capable and rate. Thank you.
